- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound intends to issue a modification to existing purchase order N00406-10-P-0622, awarded to Metris USA, Inc., Brighton, MI, on 06 November 2009, using Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 - a sole source acquisition under the authority of the test program for certain commercial items, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The proposed modification is for an additional two month rental of laser radar system, Metris model MV224 with MVI 5.1.04 (or newer) and current/valid calibration. Noncontact measurement. Minimum accuracy of 0.001'. Variable range (1 meter or greater). Interface with spatial analyzer. Period of monthly rental will be extended until May 31, 2010.
