Description

SPECIAL NOTICE RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) contract number GS-05P-09-GB-C-0027 to Ryan Companies US, Inc. for the Bishop H. Whipple Federal Building modernization in Ft. Snelling, Minnesota. The purpose of this modification is to provide additional mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment replacement to renovate the entire building in the amount of $31,250,439.00.
