- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Solicitation number is F1S0AX0049B001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-39 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2010-03-24. NAICS is 531130 and the size standard is $25,500,000.00 dollars; This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The AFFTC/PKEW, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to lease the following.; ITEM: Rental of storage space for a twelve-month period. Building shall be 5,500 square feet, constructed of cinder block walls and concrete floors with a composition roof. Building shall have front and rear entry, with roll-up commercial doors for ease of access. Building shall be environmentally controlled and secured with an entry detection system. The building shall have adequate light inside and outside of the building. The building shall have a minimum 12 feet high ceiling. The building shall be located in the Antelope Valley or surrounding areas due to the customer needing to make periodic visits to the building. Electrical is to be provided as part of the square footage cost. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
