- RECOVERY - This notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ("ARRA"), the Grunley Construction Co., Inc. existing contract #GS-11P-01-MAC-0540 was modified under Modification PCX8 for the preparation of existing roof membrane/flashing at different elevations, and addition of intensive and extensive garden roof system for the Department of Interior Modernization project, located in Washington, DC. This was fully funded by the ARRA in the amount of $5,957,000. This project is a complete modernization project to create a Class A office facility.
