- SCOPE OF WORK for CONSTRUCTION630-08-101 Repair Roof, Phase II 1.2 STATEMENT OF BID ITEMS (STATEMENT OF WORK) A.ITEM I, Repair Roof Phase II: The work scope is fairly well defined and the project will be a lump sum bids with the following work at a minimum required: 1.Replacement of roofing systems of Building #1, (Main Building): Chapel Roof, and Gymnasium Roof. 2.Replacement of existing roofing system of Building # 4, (A/C Building). 3.Replacement of existing roofing system of Building # 5, (Switchgear/ Chiller Building). 4.Replacement of existing roofing system of Building # 2 including lower roof over maintenance shops, (Annex Building). 5.Repair of main canopy at the entrance to Main Building # 1. 6.Extend Rear Parking Lot Security Booth entrance canopy. Walkway Bridges between Building # 1 & 3 and Building # 2 & 3. 7.Replacement of existing Exterior Ceiling System for Walkway Bridges between Buildings #1 & #3. 8. Provide and implement the Construction QA/QC and Safety Program as outlined in Item # 1.34 of this specification section. BASE BID PRICE $ ____________________________________________________ CALENDAR DAYS TO COMPLETE: Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) Calendar Days B.Base Bid and Alternates. This project includes the Base Bid and Alternates No.1, No. 2, No. 3, No.4, No. 5, No. 6, No.7, No. 8, No. 9, No.10, No. 11 and No. 12. The Base Bid includes all the work described in Article 1.2 A. Statement of Work. Each successive Alternate deletes work from the Base Bid as follows: 1. Base Bid includes work described in Article 1.2 A. Statement of Work. a.Alternate No. 1 This Alternate is the Base Bid minus the removal of the Gymnasium Roof from Item No. 1 of the Statement of Work. ALTERNATE #1 BID PRICE $______________________________________________ CALENDAR DAYS TO COMPLETE: Three Hundred Thirty Seven (337) Calendar Days b.Alternate No. 2 This Alternate is the Base Bid minus the removal of Item 6 of the Statement of Work in its entirety.
