- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a delivery order for water quality monitoring equipment under an established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The delivery order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Contract number 08ERCN0038, Vendor - Sontek, San Diego, CA Delivery Order # G10PD01233, Dollar Value $537,093.00, Final delivery date is September 30, 2010 and Place of Performance is San Diego, CA. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. (SG0000E.3)
