- RECOVERY - TAS::14 1035::TASMount Rainier National Park, Pierce and Lewis Counties, Washington intends to award a firm fixed price road maintenance contract. This solicitation consists of two projects. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform work consisting of surface preparation work and applying a two inch hot asphalt overlay with HMA Class 1/2 inch mix according to enclosed scope of work for each project. Estimated total tonnage for both projects is 1,215 tons. Estimated award date is on or about May 10, 2010.Work to be performed during the months of JUL, AUG or SEP. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET Aside FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. NAICS code: 237310 and has a size standard of $33.5 million. This contract is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). In accordance with contract clause 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act - Reporting Requirements, the contractor is required to register in FederalReporting.gov and report certain information as required by the clause. Reports shall be submitted during the first 10 days after the end of each calendar quarter.
