Description

Solicitation N00421-10-T-0152 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a DO-A7 rated requirement. This action is not set aside for small business. The government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed order on a sole source basis with Raytheon Company. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, manufacturer must be Raytheon. The contract line item is 0001, P/N 622292-1, Quantity:8 each, Portable Remote Control Device. Shipping must be FOB Destination. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received may be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
