- Description
- RECOVERY - In general, the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following major items of work as shown on the plans and as specified. The following descriptions are provided as an outline of major work items, and shall not be construed as an inclusive or complete listing of all items of Work under this Contract. 1. Mobilization 2. Group Shelter. Includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill, aggregate pad, concrete slab, and construction of one timber structure with metal roof, and fireplace and grill. 3. OPTIONAL ITEMS Electrical. Includes but is not limited to construction and installation of breaker panel, lighting, switches, and outlets as shown on the plans. The major items of work include the following: Section 017113 – Mobilization Section 033000 – Cast-In-Place-Concrete Section 043400 – Reinforced Unit Masonry System Section 055000 – Metal Fabrications Section 061000 – Rough Carpentry Section 099000 – Painting, Staining and Transparent Finishes Section 311000 – Site Clearing Section 160500 – Basic Electrical Materials, Methods and Lighting Section 312300 – Excavation and Fill NOTE THAT THE DUE DATE FOR BIDS LISTED ABOVE IS NOT OFFICIAL AND WILL BE SUPERSEDED BY THE DUE DATE SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION WHICH MAY BE ISSUED IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS PUBLICATION. THE DUE DATE IN THE SOLICITATION IS THE OFFICIAL DUE DATE.
