- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted. The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement is seeking firm fixed quotes from qualified entities to provide Dexterra Software Maintenance and Support for 750 licenses for a 12 month period of performance. Award will be based on lowest price quote offered to the Government. Contractual questions must be emailed to Rodney.Gartrell@dhs.gov. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Failure to satisfy this requirement will result in an immediate exclusion from any award consideration. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Quotes will be due no later than 1:00 pm EDT on Friday, April 9, 2010. Quotes will be submitted via email to Rodney.Gartrell@dhs.gov. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its quote.
