Description
RFQ Purpose: MSC SSU Guam requires an enclosed, individual lockable, storage canopy for 8 personal transportation vehicles to be furnished and installed next to building 6060 on Naval Base Guam. Scope: Contractor shall furnish and install the enclosed, individually lockable, canopy beside building 6060 on Naval Base Guam. Contractor will be responsible for assuring that all NAVBASE Guam regulations and applicable local safety standards are met. The canopy shall be removable and temporary with the capability of being securely held in the ground during normal weather conditions on Guam(Not including Tropical Depressions or greater). Description: MSC SSU GUAM request that the furnished and installed canopy be capable of individually storing and locking each personal transportation piece “mule”. The canopy must provide secure locking, and weather resistant protection for 8 mules. During the course of Market Research MSC SSU GUAM has found these common features proposed. Galvanized piping size 1.5” outside diameter Approximate size 67 feet across & 12 feet long 8 Gates each 8’4” wide Heavy Duty chain link division between each mule 18oz or better Polyester Vinyl Coated Cover Cover shall be one solid color typically (Brown, Green, etc.) Site Visit: MSC SSU GUAM will hold a site visit on 04/06/2010 at 12:30-1:30. Prospective contractors are encouraged to attend. Questions and Government representatives will be present. Questions asked during the visit will not be recorded nor will the Government furnish a list of questions and responses.
