- This notice is for informational purposes only. This notice advises that the 377th Contracting Squadron, Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source purchase order to Motorola Inc. 7031 Gateway Drive, Columbia, MD 21046-2583 for Motorola Mobile Radios and accessories under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). A determination not to compete this proposal procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated award date is 6 April 2010, NAICS Code is 334220 and size standards are 750 employees. The justification for other than full and open competition will be posted after award.
