- NAICS: 334511 (750 Employees) The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Long Range Enforcer Product Line, has a requirement to procure the following parts used onboard 378', 210' and 270' class Coast Guard cutters: Item Description UI Qty 0001 Transducer, Sonar Assembly P/N FL-6713-203 EA 20 0002 Transducer, WLM P/N 175-WLM-184-001 EA 7 0003 Transducer, WLB P/N 225-WLB-184-0001-A EA 10 Each unit is to be individually packaged in accordance with ASTM-D3951-04. Each unit is to be individually marked in accordance with MILSTD 129P w/ change 4. Bar coding is required. Commercial packaged retrofit in accordance with drawing FL-6713-203. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated utilizing the procedures in FAR Part 13. Technical specifications and the drawings necessary to manufacture these items are attached to this notice..dwf versions of the drawings are also available upon request. All parts must be preserved, packaged, and marked in accordance with Coast Guard specifications. Delivery is requested by 06/15/10. Delivery shall be made F.O.B destination to 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to manufacture these parts are invited to submit complete information discussing the same within 15 calendar days from the day this notice is posted. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. Inquiries/information received after the established deadline shall NOT be considered for this acquisition. The submission of this data for review shall not impede award of this contract. The Government does NOT intend to pay for information solicited. This synopsis is issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1. Request for Quotation Number HSCG40-10-Q-3GC001 shall be available for download from FedBizOpps (www.eps.gov) on or about 15 April 2010. An award is anticipated on or around 15 May 2010.
