- The United States Government desires to lease approximately 5,750 rentable square feet of office space, yielding a minimum of 4,400 to a maximum of 5,000 usable square feet within the delineated area of: North Boundary: Highway 101 South Boundary: El Colegio Rd. to South Los Carneros Rd. to Mesa Rd. to Laundry Rd. to University Rd. East Boundary: South Patterson Ave. to Hollister Ave. to Ward Memorial Blvd./Route 217 West Boundary: Storke Rd. Seeking first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must be full serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Lease terms will be 5 years, with 3 years firm. The space must meet the following criteria: Professional Office Setting Nearby Amenities, such as restaurants and banks Not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street Access to public transportation in both directions, if a two-way street Must be efficient use of space: configuration (no more than twice as long as wide), size, number, and placement of columns (spacing no more than 20 feet) Must be contiguous on one floor Must have an accessible elevators (if not on first floor) Fully serviced handicapped accessibility required Must comply with agency special requirements for leased agency space Brokers and/or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
