- Because of snow and storm damage to the access road, the project site is currently inaccessible. It appears that it may be late April before it is available to interested vendors. Therefore, the issuance of the solicitation and, thus, the due date for receipt of quotes will be delayed. It is unknown when the solicitation will be uploaded and what the due date for receipt of quotes will be.
