- Delineated Area Map THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 13,589 RSF. THE SPACE SHOULD YIELD A MINIMUM OF 11,817 BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET Offered space must be located above the first (1st) floor of the building unless the Government is the sole tenant in the building. The Government must have the ability to control/secure parking for 25 Government Owned Vehicles (GOV’s) through fencing or other means. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: Washington County, Maryland within the area defined below: North: MD side of the MD/PA State Line South: Route 40 to Route 68 East: Route 66 to Route 64 West: State Route 63 Buildings which face and have street addresses on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated area. Occupancy is required on or before June of 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Life-safety, Handicapped Accessibility. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN APRIL 10, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 4) Rentable Square Feet offered and the total size of the building. 5) Percentage Common Area Factor used to determine rentable square feet 6) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
