- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to purchase CLIN 0001 - one Subfoundation A - Rev A, 4 pages; CLIN 0002 - one Subfoundation B - 4 pages; CLIN 0003 - one Frame Mating, Unclassified Panel - Rev A, 2 pages; CLIN 0004 - one Frame Mating, Classified Panel - Rev A, 2 pages; CLIN 0005 - one Wall Door - Rev A, 4 pages; CLIN 0006 - one Wall Long - Rev A, 4 pages; CLIN 0007 - one Wall Back - Rev A, 4 pages and CLIN 0008 - one Wall Braced - Rev A, 4 pages. Respondents requesting the drawings must provide their CAGE and DUNS Numbers for verification of inclusion in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Responsibility determinations will also precede issuance of drawings and will be conducted in accordance with FAR 9.104. Please email Dora Fauntleroy at dora.fauntleroy@navy.mil. Should you have any questions call (540) 653-7077. Reference the Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00178-10-Q-1510. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in accordance with FAR Part 13. This procurement will be set-aside for small businesses. The North American industry Classification System code is 332721, 500 employees. REQUEST FOR DRAWINGS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 08 APRIL 2010. ALL QUOTES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 22 APRIL 2010, 11:00 a.m. (EDST). Anticipated award date is 26 April 2010. Delivery date for the Subfoundations shall be FOB destination Dahlgren, VA on or before 01 July 2010. The date of 01 July 2010 is a firm delivery date required in order to meet a critical Government deadline. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in the CCR database. Offers may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please note that defense payment office may not make payment unless the contractor is established to receive electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are based on the contractor's EFT information contained in the CCR database.
