- This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT890082A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-39, effective 19 Mar 2010 and class deviation 2009-O0009, DCN 20100324, and AFAC 2009-1030 effective Oct 30, 2009. This acquistion will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Setaside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335931. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5999. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3643. Requirement Description: Travis AFB intends to award a purchase for 26 Overcurrent Protective Relay Devices to include Freight. CLIN 0001: Overcurrent Protective Relay Device (26 each) Suitable substitute to replace BASLER Model # BE1-50/51B-105 Sensing input: Single phase current Time overcurrent with 10 field selectable Std timing curves Current sensing power supply with 2 targets, TOC, instantaneous, and Aux output relay Mounting: Semi Flush with A1 case size Drawout construction, testable in the case Request vendor to provide technical specifications of device for review and approval by customer. CLIN 0002: Freight (1 each) Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
