- Market Survey - Market Research Questionnaire THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for the services of a Medical Records Clerk (two (2) contract positions) to be performed in the Health Services Department for routine medical services provided to the inmate population at the United States Penitentiary (USP)/Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located in Atlanta, GA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621399 (Size Standard: $7.0 million). The requirement will be for each clerk to normally provide 30 sessions of service weekly with a session being defined as one (1) hour in duration. One contract position will provide the services at the USP and the other will provide the services at the FPC. Services will not be required on weekends or Federal Holidays. Work hours will normally be scheduled Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. There will be a non-paid 30 minute lunch break allowed. Actual work hours may vary contingent upon the needs of the institution. Proof of qualification will be required when responding to a solicitation. Market research is being conducted at this time for the purpose of determining interest and capability of potential sources currently available for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Survey Questionnaire will be available on or about April 1, 2010 and will be distributed solely through General Service Administration=s Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market survey is April 20, 2010. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written requests for the market survey will be accepted.
