Description

DESIGN BUILD WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT.Project 653-10-410 Department of Veterans Affairs Roseburg VA Medical Center Network Contracting Office (Bldg.17/ Rm. A117) 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd Roseburg, OR 97470-6523 The Veterans Integrated Service Network #20 (VISN20) is preparing a Design Build solicitation as a Veteran Owned Small Business(VOSB) set-aside for replacement of approximately 1100 linear feet of 8"watermain. The contractor shall provide design and construction including all tools, travel, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for Watermain Replacement. The NAICS code for this project is 237110 Size Standard 33.5 million dollars with a Firm Fixed Price contract being anticipated. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer, via email: neil.stearns@va.gov. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on April 12, 2010, with a proposal response on May 11, 2010. The estimated project dollar amount is expected to be $250,000.00 to $500,000.00..
