- Description
- The US Army War College Department of Distance Education (DDE) Carlisle Barracks has a requirement for one Instructor/Developer for the Theory of War and Strategy Course. The work consists of: 1) Provide Instruction and Evaluation for a Distance Education Program seminar during an in residence and on-line orientation course and four on-line core courses; conduct and evaluate four on-line student forums; provide assessment of student work/submissions (2) Serve as primary evaluator for 50 students during four online forum (3) Assist with lesson plan and after action reviews. Proposals shall be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Solicitation will provide more information regarding work requirements and evaluation process. The period of performance is expected to be 1 August 2010 through 31 July 2011, with four (4) one-year option periods. This requirement has been set aside 100% for small business. Offerors must be registered as a small business in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. Further information on registering with CCR may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611710 and the size standard is $7 Million.
