- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Solicitation No. GS-04P-10-BV-C-0041 will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The proposed procurement is being made as a task order against an existing Areawide Utility Contract using Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) procedures. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220, ( Commercial & Institutional Building Construction ) and the size standard is $33.5M. The estimated range of this project will be between $1,500,000.00 and $3,500,000.00 (including options) ONLY THE FOLLOWING LISTED CONTRACTOR IS PERMITTED TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR THIS CONTRACT: Alabama Power Company, 241 Ralph McGill Blvd, Atlanta, Georgia. POC; Mr. Randy Dix, 770.969.6612 THERE MAY BE SUBCONSULTING OPPORTUNITIES. ANY INTERESTED PARTIES MUST CONTACT Alabama Power Company DIRECTLY. The scope of this work is a design-build project for ARRA Energy Efficient Lighting Upgrade at the Johnson Annex, Montgomery, Alabama as well as a future option for design-build project for ARRA Energy Efficient Lighting Upgrade at the Frank Johnson Courthouse, Montgomery, Alabama. This project includes both design stage services and construction stage work to install energy efficient lighting for energy conservation measures.
