FEDBIZZOPS Advertisement for:Hillsboro, Oregon Comp & Pen Space Lease SOL# VA-260-10-RP-0608 The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking approximately 4,300 - 6,000 square feet of examination space, in the Hillsboro, Oregon area. The property shall be located within an area roughly square, described as follows: North Boundary -NW Cornell Road Extended, East Boundary - NW 192nd Avenue Extended, South Boundary - NW Wilkins Street Extended & West Boundary - NW 206th Avenue Extended. Parking, both handicapped and regular must be readily available. Convenient access to public transportation is a plus. All utilities including gas, electric, water, sewer, shall be included in the lease. Janitorial services to be included in the lease. The duration of the proposed lease shall be a base period of five (5) years followed by five (5) one-year options.
