Delivery to Military and Federal Civilian Agencies in the United States Territories of Guam, Saipan, and Tinian. This is a multi-year solicitation. Contract Ordering Period 01 Jan 11 through 31 Dec 13. Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will be Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment.
