Description

FBO RECOVERY ACT Posting THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS THAT HAVE BEEN AWARDED GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE (MAS) CONTRACT 71, FURNITURE. The General Service Administration is acquiring demountable walls and related installation services for 12 floors of leased office space located at (One Constitution Square, 1275 First Street, Washington, DC 20002) This leased office space will house GSA employees over the next 6 years while GSA headquarters located at 18 th and F Streets in Washington, DC is renovated into a high performance green building. Approximately 20% of the office space is projected to be private offices which will be constructed using demountable walls. Installation is expected to be completed by the end of September, 2010. A Request for Quote will be issued via e-buy for the demountable walls to vendors who have already been awarded GSA MAS Contract 71. Only vendors holding a contract under MAS Contract 71, Furniture are eligible to quote. A fixed price delivery order will be awarded on a low priced, technically acceptable basis to the successful MAS 71 contract holder. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
