Description

This project has been cancelled because GSA determined the need for an Upgraded Rooftop HVAC system at the Saginaw Social Security Administration Building is no longer neccessary. It was determined that the existing HVAC system is still functioning properly and efficiently, and there is not adequate justification to allocate funds for a new system. In accordance with FAR Section 14.404-1(c)(3) Invitations may be cancelled and all bid rejected before award but after opening when, consistent with subparagraph (a)(1) of this section, the agency head determines in writing that - (3) The supplies or services being contracted for are no longer required
