- Note: Ignore Projection Screens on the Excel Spreadsheet (last page of SOW). Otherwise everything else is up to date. The US Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting quotes for Audio Visual Equipment, in support of our upcoming building move. This will be a brand name or equal combined synopsis/ solicitation. The statement of work includes new equipment, and the also the relocation of existing equipment into our new building. The solicitation number W912ES-10-R-0006 is issued as a request for proposals. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. Please see the Statement of Work & Excel Spreadsheet. The new and existing audio visual equipment must be installed and operational NLT 25 May, 2010. If you cannot meet these requirements, please state so in your proposal. The resulting contractor will provide products in accordance with commercial standards, local, state and federal laws, and the requirements of the performance work statement (PWS). Awards will be made to the offeror with the best value offer that is able to meet all the requirements of the statement of work. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and with delivery and installation NLT 25 May, 2010. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows (refer to 52.212-2 in solicitation). The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation are those in effect at the time of publication. The offeror is cautioned that the listed provisions may include blocks that must be completed by the offeror and submitted with its offer. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns and the size standard is 100 employees. The associated NAICS code is 334310. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposals. A site visit is scheduled for 14 April, 2010 at 1PM Central. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government. Electronic responses are the preferred method; however proposals may also be faxed to the Attention of Preston Hayward at 651-290-5706. Proposals may also be mailed to the US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, ATTN: Contracting Division, 190 5 th Street East, Suite 401, St. Paul, MN 55101-1638.
