- The United States Army Contracting Command Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the ARDEC Ops Center of the Armaments Research Engineering Center (ARDEC) has a requirement for a contractor highly qualified in Logistics Analysis of Ammunition Distribution and Storage. The U.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement by soliciting, negotiating, and awarding a sole source effort with SABRE Consulting and Training, LLC. 105 West Dewey Ave Suite 105 Building A Wharton, NJ 07885-2554. The statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(5) Set asides for Service Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business Concern, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5(b)(6).
