- Description
- Please note this RFP has been amended as follows and the deadline for submission of proposals has been extended to May 10, 2010. 1. Grant Agreement: It is noted that the USTDA Grant is for US$273,772 and the..."Grantee shall cover at least US$30,000 of costs to complete the full Terms of Reference". It is further noted that the Grantee Cost Share shall be payable to the Contractor. Please confirm that the total anticipated Contract value for which the Contractor will be paid is US$303,772. Confirmed. 2. Please confirm that the US$30,000 amount indicated under Article 4 of the Grant Agreement is to be used - in combination with the USTDA grant amount - for the purpose remuneration to the Contractor for its services to the Grantee under the Contract (and not to be used to cover the Grantee's costs associated incidental support - e.g., transportation, office space, and secretarial support (mentioned under Article 4 of the Grant Agreement), and topographic and geotechnical surveys (mentioned under Subtask 6.3 of the TOR). Confirmed. The Grantee cost share of US$30,000 is to be disbursed to the Contractor, in conjunction with USTDA payments, according to the Milestone Payment Plan negotiated between the Grantee and the Contractor, subject to Clause H(2) of the USTDA Mandatory Clauses. This cost share is in addition to the costs incurred by the Grantee for incidental support or Grantee responsibilities mentioned in Subtask 6.3. 3. Subsection 3.5, top of page 15 - it appears that some of the listed criteria for relevant projects - heating loads and geothermal information - are not applicable to this project. Please confirm these criteria can be deleted. Confirmed 4. Section 4, Item 2, bottom of page 15 - it appears that the total points, criteria, and the distribution of the points is in conflict with the information presented on page Annex2-17 (page 35); please clarify. The award criteria that will be used in the selection of proposals are in the RFP (Section 4). They have been slightly modified to bring the total points to 100. These are the criteria that apply. Please note that the Definitional Mission report may include previous versions of information. 5. The date timeframe for responding to the RFP will be extended to May 10th, 2010.
