Description

RECOVERY--PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR BRAHMA ENGINEERING, INC. UNDER THE CURRENT ROOFING CONTRACT# FA4610-05-D-0003 AT VANDENBERG AFB, CA. The scope of work for this project includes: Remove existing built-up roof system; Remove all counter flashings, gravel stops and pipe flashings; Mechanically attach 2.5 iso insulation to entire roof area; Install 1/2" perlite fiber board to entire roof area; Install 4 mil base sheet with hot asphalt to entire roof area; Install 10 mil smooth base sheet to entire roof area; Install 24 gage Kynar factory finish gravel stop around entire roof perimeter; Install 10 mil granulated cap sheet; Remove all debris generated by above scope of work; and Perform Post Acceptance Inspection. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the above referenced contractor. TASK ORDER MAGNITUDE: $100,000 - $250,000
