- END ITEM APPLICATION: F11- ENGINE, AIRCRAFT, F110 - GE – 100/129(F -16 C/D). PR No: 0025436607. This solicitation will contain one NSN – 2835-01-034-6930 for a Housing Pump. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Quantity contract for a quantity of 355 each. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery: 185 days ARO. This is a 1R item: a Part Number Item. The approved sources are: Thomas Instrument & Machine Co., Cage: 5H860. P/N: 87251-01 and Transdigm, Inc.., Cage: 81833, P/N: 36704-1 as noted in the purchase order text. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 22, 2010. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
