- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 15,073 rentable square feet in Salem, OR. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 13,107 ANSI/BOMA Office square feet to be provided in two blocks (Block A shall yield a minimum of 12,377 ANSI/BOMA Office square feet and Block B shall yield a minimum of 730 ANSI/BOMA Office square feet), available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The building must be located in Salem, Oregon within the following delineated area: City of Salem Central Business District (CBD) The proposed lease is for fifteen years/ten years firm with one 5 year option. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest (and/or any written questions) should be submitted in writing to the following person via mail, email, or fax. Each expression of interest should include the site address, square footage of available space, date available for occupancy, expected rental rate per usable square foot fully serviced and whether the quoted rate includes an amount for tenant improvements, if so state the amount.
