RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) GS-10P-08-LT-A-0108 FOR GSA SCHEDULE CONTRACT GS-23F-0054S FOR SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER (SIN) 871-7, TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (CM) SERVICES, INCLUDING ELECTRICAL INSPECTION, IN SUPPORT OF THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RESTORATION ACT (ARRA) PROJECT FOR "LIGHTING REPLACEMENT, U.S. COURTHOUSE, 700 STEWART ST, SEATTLE, WA (WA0102ZZ). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDER. This is not a request for quotations. The Project and Acquisition Solutions Branch, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain construction management and electrical inspection services for subject Recovery-funded project. The resultant task order will be awarded to contract holder of subject GSA schedule contract per terms and conditions of the BPA and GSA schedule contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Z111.
