Description
Solicitation number, SPM4A6-10-R-0714, IQC10083009050, 5365-01-093-5517, Bushing Tapered. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Non-Commercial and Navy CSI. Configuration control applies (clause 52.246-9G36 section I). Critical application applies. Contractor first article test (FAT) applies. Surge and sustainment is not required. Approved sources are Briden Inc. CAGE 1S023 P/N 70358-06343-103 or Sikorsky Aircraft CAGE 78286 P/N 70358-06343-103. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 336 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 84 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 84 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 336 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 672 each. The Requested delivery is 137 days ARO if FAT is waived or 227 days if FAT is required.. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on April 22, 2010 with a closing date of May 24, 2010. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 “Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offer for part numbered items” applies.
