This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for five (5) specific FlareIgnition Systems to support the Test Laboratory at Marshall Space Flight Center. MarketResearch has found a product built by Stackmatch Flare Ignition, Inc. that meets all MSFCrequirements. Please quote items that are same as or equal to model #8HR-FD-TSwithsubassembly components EPAD-5-110-TS-HUB, CFA-01, and wire model SM12-I-FD-G. Seeattached Certificate of Compliance and SOW for Specifications.This procurement is a total small business set-aside.The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 333132. Theofferor shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.Delivery to MSFC/NASA,Central Shipping and Receiving, Building 4631, Saturn Rd., MarshallSpace Flight Center, AL 35812. Required Delivery Date shall be 4-6 weeks ARO. Deliveryshall be FOB Destination.The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Offers for the items(s) described above are due by 10:00a.m. CST Thursday, April 22, 2010to Charles.A.Holt@nasa.gov, or FAX to 256-544-5028 and must include, solicitation number,FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms,warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identificationof any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (JUNE 2008), Instructionsto Offerors-Commercial Items, which is incorporated by reference.
