Description

Sole Source Justification EXPOSURE CHAMBER CAGES: The solicitation number is FA8601-10-T-0152. The NAICS Code is 331222. The size standard is 1000 employees. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed source is Lab Products, Inc., 742 Sussex Ave. Seaford, DE 19973. The requirement is five (5) stainless steel, 32 compartment exposure chamber cages for rats, P/N R-32. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within four (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to Daniel.Enders@wpafb.af.mil or faxed to Daniel Enders, 88 CONS/PKBB, 937-656-1412 no later than 16 April 2010.
