- 9FL2031 Tallahassee, FL - Modified Delineated Area REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,323 rentable square feet yielding 1,150 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Tallahassee, FL within the following delineated area: DELINEATED AREA: North - I-10 East - the Eastern side of Capital Circle NE to Apalachee Pkwy South - Apalachee Parkway West to Monroe Street, North on Monroe Street to W Pensacola to S. Bronough Street West - S. Bronough Street North to where it blends into N. Martin Luther King, and from there to N. Monroe Street and then N Monroe Street to I-10 REQUIRED: Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. The building site cannot be located within the 100 year flood plain and all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not accept sub-leases. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
