You may fax or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-L, Michael Haywood, Contracting Officer, via email michael.haywood1@us.army.mil or FAX 256-955-9237. No telephone request. PRON: D10H3619D1, NSN: 6150-01-421-5915, PN: MIS-20096/89, Quantity: 9 each minimum / 59 each maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, applicable to the Patriot Weapon System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Arsenal, AL. Required delivery with Quality Verification is 9 each 90 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
