- The Puget Sound Veterans Administration is seeking Readjustment Counselors for Veterans in the below listed counties. The Puget Sound Veterans Administration is seeking to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Services for the period from date of award to September 30, 2010 in accordance with FAR 16.7. The following geographic locations are considered for providing Readjustment Counseling Services (RCS): Jefferson County, Washington Clallam County, Washington Chelan County, Washington Kittitas County, Washington Douglas County, Washington A Blanket Purchase Agreement for Services is formed, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this solicitation, when the VA agrees to place a patient for Readjustment Counseling Service for a specified period of time on a per-session rate. Contractor is to provide mental healthcare resources as stated herein and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this solicitation. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.3. All quantities shown in the schedule are estimated. Therefore, there is no guarantee, stated or implied, as to the actual quantities that will be purchased under this contract. See terms and Conditions VAAR 852.216-70, Estimated Quantities (APR 1984). 1.The government anticipates awarding this solicitation as a fixed-price, Blanket Purchase Agreement for Services. The services provided in the contract will involve non-personal services. 2.In accordance with FAR 12.101, the Readjustment Counseling Services requested in this solicitation are commercial item services. These services were formerly being performed by a commercial contractor prior to issuing this solicitation. 3.NAICS Code: NAICS code 621330 applies to this acquisition.
