- RECOVERY -- This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This notice is provided for informational purposes only and is not a solicitation. This opportunity is available only to the contractors listed under existing General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule contracts listed within GSAs e-Buy system. GSAs e-Buy system is an electronic Request for Quote (RFQ)/ Request for Proposal (RFP) system designed to allow Federal buyers to request information, find sources, and prepare RFQs/RFPs, online, for millions of services and products offered through GSAs Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and GSA Technology Contracts. These contracts were awarded utilizing competitive procedures with the use of best value selection procedures and allow for placement of multiple task or delivery orders by Federal Agencies. This is not a solicitation. The full solicitation package, inclusive of specifications, will be available only by accessing GSAs e-Buy system under RFQ ID RFQ449815. The posting will occur on or about April 08, 2010 and will be open for competitive pricing through April 30, 2010. This requirement is being advertized under GSA FSSs 899- Environmental Services The Bureau of Land Management, Alaska State Office has a requirement for a lead abatement project. Detailed information, including specifications, will be included in the solicitation package. The solicitation is subject to the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541620, size standard $7.0M. Offerors must have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and register at www.ccr.gov (Central Contractor Registration) to be eligible for award of any federal contact. Additionally, it is recommended for interested parties to register at www.orca.bpn.gov (Online Representations and Certifications Application). Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guaranteed notification. Prospective offerors will be required to visit the e-Buy website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. No other notification will be sent.
