SEAL OPENINGS IN FIRE AND SMOKE BARRIER WALLSProject 653-09-321 Department of Veterans Affairs Roseburg VA Medical Center Network Contracting Office (Bldg.17/ Rm. A117) 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd Roseburg, OR 97471-6523 Correction to previously released Pre-Sol Notice. The Veterans Integrated Service Network #20 (VISN20) is preparing a solicitation for Veteran Owned Small Business(VOSB) set-aside to replace Seal Fire and Smoke Boundary Barriers in Bldg 1 VAMC Roseburg. The contractor shall provide under specification all reclamation/demolition and construction including all tools, travel, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for Underwriters Laboratory Qualified Contractor Program's, Installation of Firestopping Systems The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Size Standard 33.5 million dollars with a Firm Fixed Price contract being anticipated. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer, via email: neil.stearns@va.gov. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on April 16, 2010, with a proposal response on May 19, 2010. The estimated project dollar amount is expected to be $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.
