L/I 0001: Maximum Best Estimate Qty 33 AMC: 3P History: F3460102M0490 awarded April 10, 2002, 18 each from RogersonAircraft Corporation, Estimated Unit Price: $6,162.77 Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Pressure Transmitter.Dimensions: 5.26" length, 2.625" width, 2.625" height, 1.2 lbs. ItemFunction: Provides the signal that drives hydraulic pressureindicators. Material: A bourdon-helix assembly encased in corrosionresistant metal alloys with numerous electronic components. The rightsto use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources arenot owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, orotherwise obtained. Drawing 50629 is proprietary. Currently, RogersonKratos (34830) is the only known sources that can satisfy the Governmentrequirements. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors orpotential offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in theevaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
