Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price modification to Delivery Order 4000 under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0010 on a sole source basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. This effort is to procure Mission Computer (MC) Tray Mounting Bases in support of the MH-60 program. The MC Tray Mounting Bases have been previously procured under Delivery Order 4000 as part of the Armed Helo kit furnished by SAC. Additional quantities of the mounting bases are now required. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. SAC alone has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe.
