- This is modification 02 to the synopsis entitled TEST AND EVALUATION SERVICES ANDFACILITY OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT SERVICES AT WSTF, which was posted on August 17, 2009.You are notified that the following changes are made:The procurement strategy for thecurrent TEC (Test and Evaluation Contract) and FOSC (Facility Operations and SupportContract) have been modified as follows:WSTF will issue a pre-solicitation synopsis for TEST (Test Evaluation and Support Team)Contract and a separate pre-solicitation synopsis for the ECO (Environmental Complianceand Operations). Please visit each website and review each synopsis for specificinformation as to the scope of each contract.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
