- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Togus VA Medical Center, 1 VA Center, Augusta, Maine has a requirement for Design-Build Construction Services for Safe Handling Site Prep Project. This acquisition is a Competitive, 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor must be registered in vetbiz.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 Million. Estimated Price Range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract period is estimated to be 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site Visit/Pre-Proposal Meeting scheduled for April 21, 2010, VAMC Togus, Building 202 Conference Room, 10:00 a.m. Requests for Information are due NLT close of business, May 4, 2010. Solicitation Number is RFP VA-241-10-RP-0299 and is available now. Formal proposals will be due to the Contracting Officer NLT May 17, 2010, 3:00 p.m. This requirement is subject to the availability of FY10 funds.
