- Question from vendor: Kitchen equipment was not noted but coordination with Veterans Canteen Service was noted. Does that mean the VA is handling the equipment and the A/E will just need to coordinate? Were trying to determine if we need a kitchen equipment consultant on the team. Answer: The equipment will be supplied by the VCS but the A/E will need to coordinate their drawings/specs to relate to that equipment.
