- Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, material, equipment and transportation necessary for "Project Number 636-09-108, Pharmacy Renovation - 797 Compliance " at the Lincoln Division of the Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System located at 600 South 70th Street, Lincoln, NE 68510. Work includes the remodel of the pharmacy area to include the ante room, IV prep room and chemo room, along with two offices and a receiving work space. This project will consist primarily of carpentry and finishes, mechanical and electrical work, laboratory equipment, utility systems and necessary removal of existing structures. All work shall be performed in accordance with specifications and drawings and all applicable codes and standards. Solicitation Number VA-263-10-IB-0170 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about April 26, 2010. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. An Organized Site Visit is tentatively scheduled to be held during the week of May 3 - May 7, 2010 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date/place). The Bid Opening is tentatively scheduled to be held on June 4, 2010 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date/place). The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds within 10 calendar days of award notification. The Period of Performance is expected to be 180 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice-to-Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimate of the total project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
