- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for Lodging and Meeting Rooms for Yellow Ribbon Event for period 30 Apr 3 May 2010 in Salt Lake City, Utah. This procurement consists of, but is not limited to the following: sleeping rooms, staff sleeping rooms, General Session Room w/Breakout Rooms, staff rooms, meal room, and childcare rooms. In addition, there will be requirements for vendor and registration tables, audio visual equipment to include cordless microphones for each breakout rooms, projector/proxima; podium projector, large screen (approximately 10x 10); and projector platform, cables, and laptop connectivity of hotel sound sytem. Also required is Point of Contact for duration of event, childcare service with activities, meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-between meals for the children. In addition, parking and shuttle service to/from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) to the hotel shall be provided. Compliance with all federal and environmental regulations and laws is mandatory. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0051 will be available on or about 9 April 2010. Proposals are due Tuesday, 20 April 2010 at 10:00 A.M. (Pacific Standard Time). This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721110. Performance period is 30 Apr 3 May 2010. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0051 will be available on or about 9 April 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
