- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 143rd ESC has a requirement for Hotel Services. Sleeping rooms, meeting rooms, audio/visual equipment, food, and labor to provide a location to hold the Strong Bonds Retreat in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Date for the event is 22-25 2010 in Hilton, Head SC. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items Offerors must include a completed copy of the FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification along with his/her offer/proposal; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes.
