- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER DTFH61-02-C-00001. A modification was issued to contract DTFH61-02-C-00001 for ARRA related information technology support services for the Federal Highway Administration. A cost reimbursement modification was issued to the contract. The use of a fixed-price modification is impractical because the nature of the work involves information technology support services which cannot be adequately defined to a level permitting a fixed-price modification. The requirement was not competed because a contract for general information technology support services for the Federal Highway Administration is already in place.
